Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) direct the Respondents to grant revised scale of pay under O.R.S.P Rules, 1985 and 1989 and re-fix his pay as per the Revised option as well as the recommendation as at Annexure-7 to the present Original Application".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 17.11.2014 at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
