Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there are adequate materials, prima facie, showing his complicity in the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is accordingly rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in this case.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
