This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The order dated 14.01.2016 for recovery of Rs.42,274/- issued by the Respondent No.2 under Annexure-6 be quashed.

(ii) And to pass such order / orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.02.2016 under Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In

// 2 // such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
