The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 21st August, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.9655 of 2020.

Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel has placed on record an order dated 11th November, 2022 passed by the Director R&R & ExOfficio, Addl. Secretary to Govt., Odisha whereby the admissible amounts of enhanced compensation have been sanctioned with a direction to release the decretal dues upon verification of the documents. He thus submits that the present Contempt Petition has been rendered as infructuous. The said order be kept on record.
