Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that your Lordship would graciously be pleased to admit this petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties asking them why the action of the Opp. Parties shall not be interfered with and if they failed to explain the same with sufficient reason/reasons, direct the Opp. Parties to dispose of the Encroachment Case No.94/2017-18 pending before the learned Tahasildar, Tangi within a stipulated time period of the interest of justice; And may pass any other order/orders as the Court may deem fit and proper for the interest of justice;

Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing or the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with the observation that in the event the Encroachment Proceeding vide Annexure-3 is still pending, same may be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the petitioner but, however, providing
opportunity to the petitioner and the party, if any, likely to be affected.
