01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 the applicant prays for the following relief(s):

i.

Admit the original application;

ii.

Call for the records.

iii.

Quash the letter dated 11.09.2015 under Annexure-9 declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and not sustainable in the eye of law and further be pleased to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner against "Regular created posts" pursuant to Annexure-1, 2, 4 & 6 and extend all service benefits attached to the post of Staff Nurse to the present applicant within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal;

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 03.08.2015 at Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
