This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, call for records, after hearing parties issue writ / writs in the nature of certiorari / mandamus or any other writ / directions directing the Opp. Parties to settle the crop Insuranc claim of the petitioner under "Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana" (PMFBY) towards the loss of Paddy (Dhan) crop 2021 season within a stipulated period."

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
