Heard Mr.H.S.Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.R.Dash, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

During course of hearing Mr.Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority under the National Highways Act, 1956 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
