Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.434 of 2022, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Sundargarh as S.T. Case No.69 of 2022, arising out of Talsara P.S. Case No.52 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(2)(l)/376(2)(n)/323 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Sundargarh, by order dated 15.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the Disability Certificate of the victim which shows that the victim is mentally challenged, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. 5.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
