This application has been filed by the petitioner for recalling of the orders dated 18.10.2022 and 17.05.2023. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the recruitment and selection of Sepoy in OSAP 6th Bn, Cuttack for the recruitment year-2008. When the matter was taken up on 18.10.2022, by that time 14 years were passed. Therefore, the conducting counsel for the petitioner did not press the writ petition, for which the writ petition was disposed of as not pressed. Further on 17.05.2023, the petitioner filed I.A. No.1195 of 2022 through his new counsel Mr. G.R. Sethi, for recalling of the order dated 18.10.2022. Since the order dated 18.10.2022 was passed on the submission made by the earlier counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present learned counsel for the petitioner did not want to press the said I.A. and accordingly, the said I.A. was also dismissed. Now the

petitioner again filed the present I.A. for recalling of the orders dated 18.10.2022 and 17.05.2023.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this I.A. and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
