Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of the R.P. Case for more than three years, directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.1276 of 2016 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the R.P. Case No.1276 of 2016.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
