1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 120(B)/419/420/468/471/34 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrenders in connection with Nemala P.S. Case No.169 of 2022 arising out of G.R. Case No.847 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur within a period of two weeks' hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further

// 2 // conditions that he shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the case with the further condition that he shall not terrorize or influence the material witnesses in any manner whatsoever; and shall cooperate the I.O. for the purpose of investigation, while on bail.
