Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the orders passed on 23.06.2015, 24.6.2015 and 06.07.2015 under Annexures-9, 12 & 13 and apprehending reversion from his post.

It is submitted that the Petitioner as on date is continuing in his original post and no reversion has taken place.
5.
In view of such submission, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach if any action is taken by the authority basing on the said order.
