This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.447 of 2016 (C) was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.447 of 2016.

The Petitioner serving as in-charge Headmaster came up before this Court challenging the order of transfer. 4.

The matter has been lying before this Court since 2016.

Mr. Satapathy, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education submitted that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
