There is no endeavor to attend the call involved herein. It appears, after filing of the Writ Petition the Petitioner is attempting to bring overall information to the case. On his own submission Petitioner is still in attempt to collect information. There is no material to support the case at hand. It is, at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better petition with appropriate documents.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
