It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.5839 of 2020 (State of Odisha v. Rabi Padhiary), which have been disposed of vide order dated 13.09.2022 by a Division Bench this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5839 of 2020 (State of Odisha v. Rabi Padhiary), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
