This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 01.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.13673 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and the fact that the contemnor(s) might have failed to comply with the order of this Court due to a bonafide mistake and oversight, this Court deems it proper to give a last chance to comply with the direction of this Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor(s) to work out the direction of this Court dated 01.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.13673 of 2021, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
// 2 // Failure to comply the direction of this Court will attract serious penal consequences under the Contempt of Court's Act and the contemnor(s) shall not be allowed to take the plea of any omission or lack of knowledge etc.

With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition is disposed of by giving a last chance to the contemnor(s) to comply with the direction of this Court.
