01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Sr. Counsel for the Petitioners.

3. The Petitioners are filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to (i) admit the original application;

(ii) Call for the records;

(iii) Pass appropriate order/orders and direction/directions directing the respondents-State Authorities to regularize the service of the applicants as against the vacancies in which they are continuing in the Government Polytechnic, Kndrapada or in the alternative they may be treated as a contractual employees and they should be extended all

// 2 // service benefits as has been extended to other lecturers, who are continuing in the said Government Polutechnics, Kendrapada on regular basis, and (iv) Pass such other order/orders and direction/directions as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper."

4. Since prior to approaching this Court, the Petitioners have never raised their grievances before the concerned Authorities, the Petitioners are permitted to move O.P. No. 2 by making individual representations raising their claim as made in the writ Petition.

5. It is observed that if any such representation is filed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the said O.P. No. 2 in accordance with law within a further period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of the said representation. However, it is observed that till such a decision is taken, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners. It is further observed that if no such representation is filed within the time allowed by this Court, then the interim order passed shall stand vacated.
