Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit the Original Application.
(ii) Call for the records.
(iii) Issue necessary direction to the respondents more particularly respondent no.3, 4 and 5 to allow the present applicant to resume his duty in the School by providing necessary protection or to transfer him to some other school forthwith to issue necessary direction to the Block Education Officer to sanction the C.L. from 26.02.2015 to 4.3.2015 except 1.3.2015.
(iii) To regularize the service period from 5.3.2015 till the date of joining with all consequential service benefits including arrear and current salary".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before
// 2 // the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
