Having regard to the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the petitioner is 42.880 KGs, which is more than commercial quantity, and the availability of the materials prima facie to support the prosecution allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is accordingly rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
