This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 2nd August, 2021 after the O.A. was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up/pursued after 28.01.2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the petitioner after the unfortunate demise of the learned counsel engaged earlier. 5.

The O.A. was filed challenging the advertisement made in the year 2013 by opposite party no.2-OPSC for recruitment to the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer for relaxation of the minimum age prescribed in the advertisement.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to long pendency, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as learned Sr. Counsel for opposite party no.2-OPSC submit that after long lapse of time, nothing would survive for adjudication at present. 8.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
