It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OAC) No.2709 of 2016 and batch (Harapriya Patra v. State of Odisha), which were disposed of on 25.08.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Judgment dated 25.08.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No.2709 of 2016 and batch (Harapriya Patra v. State of Odisha), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgment.
