The Original Application No.3391(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3391 of 2014. 3.

The Petitioner came up before the Administrative Tribunal seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties not to take any coercive action against him in disciplinary proceeding in view of the fact that his conviction vide judgment dated 27.09.2014 passed in CTR No.03/09 (arising out of Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No. 49/08) under Section 7 and section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act by the Special Judge (Vigilance), Balangir is under challenge before this Court in CRLA No. 536 of 2014, wherein this Court while admitting the Appeal, stayed realization of fine amount, suspended the sentences and granted bail.

Mr. S.Ku. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner apprises this Court that during pendency of the present petition, the Petitioner has expired and no cause of action survives. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed. (M.S. Raman) Judge Aks
