Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Bail application. Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody since 26.06.2020, learned court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. 4.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer, in the event, the trial is not concluded and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
