Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleased to admit the original application, call for records, issue necessary direction to Opp.Parties to quash the revised merit list dtd. 29.10.2013 under Annexure-4 to the post of MPHW(F) in so far as Opp.Party No.4 is concerned and to declare the appointment of Opp.Party No.4 as MPHW(F) as illegal, invalid and inoperative in the eye of law. (ii) Issue necessary direction to the Opp.Parties to consider the candidature of present petition in terms of the merit list for the post of MPHW(F) and accordingly the present petitioner be appointed as MPHW(F) in terms of the Merit List with all consequential service benefits as due and admissible.
(iii) And pass any appropriate order / orders as deem fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that
// 2 // pursuant to the order dated 20.11.2014, she was allowed to participate in the recruitment process, but no decision has been communicated with regard to her selection.
Accordingly, she submits necessary direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to communicate the result of such selection.

Having heard learned counsel for the Parties, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to communicate the result of the recruitment test so taken by the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 20.11.2014 within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
