This is the successive journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under section 439,Cr.P.C. in connection with G.R.Case No.1499 of 2018 corresponding to Laikera P.S. Case No.141 of 2018 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda for offence punishable under section 454/342/395, I.P.C. read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made; this application is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer
