1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts on several occasions, he has failed to establish contact with the petitioner. He further submits that that he does not have any information regarding status of the present case.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for nonprosecution.

5. However, cause of action, if any, arises in future, the petitioner is liberty to approach this Court afresh. .
