1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.R.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 330 grams of brown sugar, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. However, it is directed that the learned court in seisin over the
// 2 // matter shall do well to expedite the trial of the case, if there is no other impediment.
