05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. H.S. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed on 22.10.2014 under Annexure-9 by O.P. No. 2.
4. It is fairly submitted in the Bar that the impugned order is appellable in nature. Therefore, this Court while is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, grants liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
4. It is observed that, if any, such appeal is filed within a period of three (3) weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall entertain the same and decide the matter on its own merit without insisting on delay in filing the said appeal.
5. The writ Petition is disposed of.
