1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned counsel for the State.

3. As reported by the office, no such prisoner's petition has been received till date.

4. The offence alleged is under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act for alleged possession of contraband ganga weighing 30 kg.230 grams.

5. Upon hearing both parties and considering the embargo contained in Section 37(1)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, I am not inclined to the release the Petitioner on bail.

6. The prayer for bail is rejected.

7. However, the trial court is directed to take expeditious steps for early completion of trial.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
