This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties particularly Opposite Party Nos. 3 & 5 to extend the benefit of Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- from the date of appointment of the Petitioners as the same benefit has been extended to other candidates in W.P.(C) No.6713 of 2020 disposed of on 25.02.2020, W.P.(C) No.13699 of 2020 disposed of on 26.06.2020 and W.P.(C) No.40745 of 2021 disposed of on 24.12.2021 under Annexure3 series within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

And pass such other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice."

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioners ventilating their grievance have submitted representations before the Chief District Medical &

// 2 // Public Health Officer, Boudh, Opposite Party No.5 under Annexure6 series. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the said representations are pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representations of the Petitioners under Annexure-6 series within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representations of the Petitioners are considered by the Opposite Party No.5, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.5 to consider the representations of the Petitioners under Annexure-6 series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order taking into consideration Annexures-4 &

5. The Opposite Party No.5 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-6 series by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
