The Petitioner in the present petition has assailed the notice for seizure of the Hyundai Verna SX CRDI by the secured creditor/Bank of India, Jaydev Vihar Branch, Bhubaneswar on the ground of the loan account having been classified as NPA since outstanding amount stands at more than Rs.13.00 lakhs. Upon notice and in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the Petitioner has deposited portion of the outstanding liability.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the Petitioner has filed an withdrawal memo along with "No Dues Certificate" dated 21st September, 2022 issued by the Opposite Party-Bank, whereby

// 2 // the loan account in question has been liquidated upon payment of the required amounts.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
