Considering that the Misc. Case No.18 of 2021 is pending before the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the Misc. Case No.18 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners but however providing opportunity by all the parties likely to be affected. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
