1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction of this Curt for early disposal of C.R.P.No.150 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that after her marriage as she could not meet the demand of dowry from her husband's side she was forced to leave her matrimonial house and at present she is leading a miserable life in her parents house. Further, she has filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the learned Judge Family Court, Bhubaneswar vide C.R.P.Case No.150 of 2013 and thereafter RPFAM No. 152 of 2018

// 2 // was filed but till date the Proceeding is pending for the last ten years. Hence, she has filed this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and submissions made, learned Judge Family Court, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the C.R.P.Case No.150 of 2013 as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order with minimal adjournment.

6. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
