2. Heard Mr. S.C.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Considering the fact that the quantity of contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity being 105 Kgs. of ganja and looking at the bar under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
