Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer.

(i) The applicant therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court graciously pleased to admit this Original application and after hearing direct the respondents to accept the application of the applicant for engagement of Contract Teacher in Govt. High Schools 2014/2015.

(ii) Further the respondents be directed to quash the rejection list vide Annexure-5 with regard to only the name of the applicant and accept the candidatures of the applicant.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the process of selection has already been completed with appointment of the candidates.

In view of the submission made by the learned standing Counsel, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
