Instant I.A. is filed for modification/correction of the Court's order dated 18th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3117 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the order dated 18th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3117 of 2022 shall be read as and with reference to 'JMFC-V(Cog.taking), Bhubaneswar' in place of learned 'SDJM, Bhubaneswar'.

Furthermore, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court of learned JMFC-V(Cog.taking),Bhubaneswar on or before 6th March, 2023 in compliance of the order dated 18th November, 2022 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall

release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 3117 of 2022. 5.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
