2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To quash the Notification dated 29.1.2016 (Annexure-1) and letter dated 5.4.2016 (Annexure-4) Re-fix the grade pay of the post of Sub-Registrar @ Rs.4600 in pay band-2 w.e.f 1.1.2006 with all consequential benefit by considering the contentions raised in paragraph - in this O.A. Consider the promotion of this applicant to the post of Dy. I.G.R having a Grade Pay of Rs.6,600/- in pay band-3 in pursuance to Rules, 1988.
In an alternative if not so, absorb the applicant in the OAS Cadre by adhering the established principles of merger by taking into account the recruitment year as contended in the representation of the applicant after re-fixation of the pay and grade pay of the applicant as SubRegistrar and District Sub-Registrar respectively."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
It is observed that while considering the claim of the petitioner, the order passed by this Court on 8.3.2018 in W.P.(C) No.28375 of 2013 be taken into consideration, if it is applicable to the case of the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
