It is proposed by Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner shall file a fresh representation regarding regularization giving all the details and such representation should be disposed of by the Director of Technical Education and Training, Orissa-Opposite Party No.1.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions, the WPC (TAC) is disposed of directing the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Director of Technical Education and Training, Orissa-Opposite Party No.1 within two weeks from the date of reopening of the Court after the ensuing Summer Vacation. If such a representation is filed,
the same shall be disposed of on merit in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order, within a period of four months from the date of its filing.

The WPC (TAC) is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
