Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2.
A copy of the chargesheet is at Annexure-1 and the same is perused.

Mr. Jena leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that in respect of two other accused persons, this Court in CRLMC Nos.2092 & 2816 of 2022 by orders dated 19th September, 2022 and 20th October, 2022, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, though was not inclined to quash the criminal proceeding but directed them to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh in connection with C.T. Case No.498(A) of 2018 and therefore, as the petitioners are involved in the said case, similar directions may be issued.

Mr. Praharaj, learned SC for the State admits the fact about other two accused persons having obtained such relief.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted copies of the orders in CRLMC Nos.2092 & 2816 of 2022 for the Court's perusal and the same is perused and it found that admittedly other accused persons similarly circumstanced have been granted the relief with a direction to surrender.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh on or before 23rd November, 2022 in connection with C.T. Case No.498(A) of 2018 arising out of Athagarh P.S. Case No.255 of 2018 and in the event they surrender, the court shall release them on bail with conditions as deem just and proper. 8.
