The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer.

In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 the applicant prays for quashing the order under Annexure-8 series issued by the respondents against the applicant and pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

Mr. A.P. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submitted pursuant to the communication dated 16.2.2016 under Annexure-8 series, no action has been taken against the petitioner as on 2018. 5.

In view of that, there is no cause of action on the part of the petitioner to prosecute the matter any further. If any action is taken basing on the
