1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 147/148/149/307/341/323/332/336/357/294/506 IPC and Section 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1860 and Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Dhenkanal P.S. Case No.559 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1343 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal within a period of two weeks'

// 2 // hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that the Petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) each besides the other conditions and shall not indulge any similar criminal activities while on bail. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioners automatically.
