2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter was called.

3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief.

"To direct the respondents to recast the select list of UR & SC candidates by selecting SC candidates placed at serial no.1 to 21 under UR candidates on the basis of their merit.

To direct the respondents to appoint the applicant as Fireman against the vacancy caused due to selection of SC candidates placed at serial no.1 to 21 under UR candidates on the basis of their merit. To direct the respondents to grant all financial and consequential benefits flowing from the date when other have got appointment.

It is submitted by Mr. Balabantaray, learned AGA that in the meantime, the process of selection has already been completed and the selected candidates have been provided with appointment. Since there is no interim order passed by the learned Tribunal, no relief as made in the Writ Petition can be granted.
