1. The Petitioner's representation dated 17th August, 2022 (Annexure-2 series) shall be examined by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Balasore (Opposite Party No.6) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, Balasore (Opposite Party No.6) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 9th January, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
