This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.750 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, arising out of Belpada P.S. Case No.168 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 493/417/294/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 19.10.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody from 11.10.2022 and since charge-sheet has already been filed and

keeping in view the tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
