Ms. Sradha Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Madhusudan Naik v. State of Odisha and others (W.P.(C) No. 6353 of 2022 and batch of cases disposed of on 26.09.2022), to which learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have raised no objection.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 26.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6353 of 2022 and batch of cases disposed of on 26.09.2022 (Madhusudan Naik v.
