1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks a modification of the order with respect to extension of time for the Petitioner to surrender before the court below as per the order of this court dated 31.10.2022.

3. The prayer is allowed. Time, as a last chance, is extended. Petitioner to surrender by 28th November, 2022 before the learned court below, other conditions in the order dated 31.10.2022 remaining intact.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
