Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, the Writ Petition involved was disposed of by this Court with a direction for taking a decision on the representation of the Petitioners involving an issue on premium. Filing show cause reply of the Contemnor, Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnor brought to the notice this Court that in the meantime, there has already been decision by the Competent Authority. The present Contempt Petition was filed for non-compliance of the Writ direction of this Court. For a decision already taken by the Competent Authority, if the Petitioners are still aggrieved, there is a different course of action, the Contempt Proceeding should not be continued any further.

The Contempt Proceeding thus stands dropped.
