The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the S.D.O., Electrical, CESU, Kendrapada-Opposite Party No.4 to withdraw the fine amount of Rs.28,060/-, which was imposed on the Petitioner pursuant to the Bill No.4 of 2011. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that assailing the same, the Petitioner had moved the Grievance Redressal Forum, CESU, Paradip and vide order dated 7th June, 2019, although the bill amount was revised, but the Forum did not pass any order with regard to imposition of fine. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
