This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner though initially has passed the CHSE (Ex-Regular), 2021 examination in 2nd Division subsequently she was declared to have passed in 3rd division. Initially, the petitioner was shown to have secured 322 marks but thereafter the marks were shown to be 291. 3.

Learned counsel for the CHSE refers to the counter filed by opposite party no.3-CHSE and submits that the marks that was published initially is in fact a mistake and which was subsequently corrected.

It is further submitted that any internal grievance redressal mechanism as per the statute of the CHSE can always work out, to take steps for redressal of grievances of the petitioner.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he shall once again approach the authority for redressal of grievances of the petitioner regarding the

// 2 // marks obtained and the authority shall do well to consider the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing that in case, the petitioner approaches the authority for redressal of the grievances regarding the marks secured in CHSE Annual Higher Secondary (Ex-Regular) Examination, 2021 the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision within four weeks from the date of communication of the representation of the petitioner along with the certified copy of this order. 6.

The authority shall communicate it's decision to the petitioner within one week.
